Income Withheld (Tax Clearance)

When a foreign employee ceases to work for you, you need to withhold their income as part of the Tax Clearance process. Read more about Tax Clearance on the following help page:

To withhold the employees income:

  • Go to the employees profile.
  • Click on Add next to Payslip Inputs.
  • Select Income Withheld (Tax Clearance) under Deduction.
  • Enter the amount to be withheld.
  • Click Save.
