Payroll Processing > System Items > Pension / Provident Fund Outside Singapore
SimplePay has a built-in item to accommodate the reporting requirements related to pension and provident funds outside of Singapore.
To add this to the payslip:
- Go to Employees and select the relevant employee.
- Click on Add next to Regular Inputs.
- Select Pension / Provident Fund Outside Singapore under Other.
- Select ‘Fixed amount per period’ next to Calculation. SimplePay currently only supports this calculation method.
- Enter the contribution amounts for the employee and employer.
- Click Save.
