Payroll Processing > System Items > Pension / Provident Fund Outside Singapore

SimplePay has a built-in item to accommodate the reporting requirements related to pension and provident funds outside of Singapore.

To add this to the payslip:

  • Go to Employees and select the relevant employee.
  • Click on Add next to Regular Inputs.
  • Select Pension / Provident Fund Outside Singapore under Other.
  • Select ‘Fixed amount per period’ next to Calculation. SimplePay currently only supports this calculation method.
  • Enter the contribution amounts for the employee and employer.
  • Click Save.
