New Free Online Training Course

Here at SimplePay, we’ve always been very proud of the fact that our payroll software is, well, simple! This is something that we continuously strive for, because ease-of-use is one of our core guiding principles.

With this in mind, and to add further value to your SimplePay experience, we have created a free online payroll training course! This course was created to help you get the most out of our software, and to provide you with the necessary information to efficiently run your payroll. Our basic course is suitable for both new and existing users.

New users will be guided in the right direction and taught the best practices, while existing users might discover some features that they were not aware of before.

The course consists of the following modules:

  • Navigating SimplePay
  • Company Setup
  • Adding Employees
  • Managing Employees
  • Processing Payslips
  • Finalising Payroll
  • Filing

Additionally, each module includes a short quiz to reinforce important aspects of that module, as well as a downloadable PDF and a Resources section, which can serve as a handy reference guide.

We are already planning additional modules on topics such as leave, profile management, self-service, reports, and accounting integration (Xero, Quickbooks Online). Stay tuned for more information about these later in the year.
